My Journey
Throughout my professional career, I have taken the leadership of various enterprise projects within software companies that are significant players in their sectors. As part of international companies, we have completed multi-million dollar software projects all over the world.
Since 2023 I have rebuilt the way I deliver software around AI. I run the whole development lifecycle with AI coding agents, from specs and plans to implementation, review, tests and documentation, apply prompt and context engineering to keep them accurate on large codebases, and design and manage agent teams that work alongside human engineers.
After leading technology at Jengai and Gamyte, I now build AI-native products under Tursoft, such as BestJobFinder and Account Manager for Claude, and help engineering teams make the same transition: the specs, context, tooling and guardrails that let humans and AI agents deliver together.

Running the full software development lifecycle with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode): requirements and design specs, implementation plans, test-driven implementation, code review, documentation and release engineering.

Led the end-to-end architecture and engineering delivery of Jengai, a cloud-native, multi-tenant AI CRM, estimation and pricing suite for commercial specialty contractors, as Director of Technology and Senior Software Architect.
Designed the AI document pipeline that extracts structured cost data from unstructured construction PDFs (Azure AI Document Intelligence and Computer Vision, Python and .NET services on an event-driven Azure Service Bus backbone), cutting pre-estimation turnaround by more than 60% and enabling parallel multi-team estimation.
Embedded AI coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) into the team's daily development lifecycle for code authoring, refactoring, test generation and technical documentation, with prompt and context conventions that kept their output consistent with the platform's architecture and coding standards.
Enforced enterprise-grade security (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD B2C) and formal REST API design across the multi-tenant architecture; established a multi-layered testing strategy and CI/CD on Azure DevOps.

It is a complete DRG Costing Solution. I designed and implemented the architecture, managed the project, developed reusable advanced components, coordinated and lead the team. Project was also used in about 80 hospitals from all over the Turkey, even biggest ones. We collected and anayzed more than 50 billion clinical and financial records (about 5TB). Eventually, we have calculated the first official DRG costs and weighted DRG values of Turkey.
